Istanbul Development Agency continues its efforts as the national coordinator of Closing the Skills Gap Accelerator Programme in order to ensure coordination and collaboration between the executing institutions and organizations, to carry out the program activities and to disseminate the program results.

With respect to that, Istanbul Development Agency announced Talent Istanbul Employment Guaranteed Financial Support Program in order to train and employ work force with the knowledge, skills and abilities required by the software industry by establishing innovative training and employment centers. With this program it is aimed to train at least 100 people and that 60% of trainees to be employed by each supported institution.

Among the applications, 20 projects were found successful and decided to be supported by the Istanbul Development Agency Board of Directors.
